**Nurses in the US who are eligible for discounts**

*   Registered Nurse (RN) 
    
*   Nurse Practitioner (NP)
    
*   Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)
    
*   Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
    
*   Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM)
    
*   Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
    
*   Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

**Required Documentation**

You must submit documentation that has been issued within the last four years. Pay stubs must have been issued within the last year. Acceptable documents include:

*   A valid nursing license
    
*   An unexpired ID card
    
*   An employment letter stating your position as a registered nurse
    
*   A pay stub issued within the last year stating your nursing position
